What locations do you ship to?
We ship to any business address in Australia & New Zealand.
We have built great relationship with AUS & NZ carriers providing our stockist with fast & affordable freight.
Calculated shipping rates are determined at checkout.
We do not offer drop shipping.
If you are a retailer outside of Australia or New Zealand please enquire here
What are your delivery times?
Generally, the standard shipping time is between 4-6 business days, depending on your store location.
Our Distribution Centre is located in Brisbane, and typically orders are despatched within 48hrs of payment being received.
What are your payment options?
We accept payments using Credit/Debit Card, Paypal or Bank Deposit.
If you are an established customer, you may apply for credit terms by contacting our sales team.
What are your warranty terms?
RI Distribution guarantees its products for the warranty period to be of acceptable quality in accordance with section 54 of the Australian Consumer Law.
Typically our products are covered by a 12 to 36 month warranty, depending on the product.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects which result in the product being of unsatisfactory quality.
The warranty covers goods that have been sold within Australia by RI Distribution, where a valid receipt of purchase can be provided by the retailer, both of their purchase from RI Distribution, and that of their end consumer......
